Occupations Code § 801.503","heading":"ASSESSMENT OF CIVIL PENALTY AGAINST PERSON NOT LICENSED.","body":"(a) A person not licensed under this chapter, including a corporation, organization, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, or other legal entity, who violates this chapter or a rule adopted by the board under this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of $1,000 for each day of violation.\n(b) At the request of the board, the attorney general shall bring an action to recover a civil penalty authorized by this section.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
