Occupations Code § 801.604","heading":"SANCTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES.","body":"Text of section effective on September 01, 2026\nThe owner or owners of a business entity that provides services at a veterinary medical facility, or a management services organization that provides services to a veterinary medical facility, shall be subject to administrative penalties, license sanctions, or both, if:\n(1) the facility does not hold a current registration;\n(2) the facility violates a standard adopted pursuant to Section 801.603;\n(3) facility personnel deny access to the board or its agents to conduct an inspection or investigation; or\n(4) the facility fails to comply with a board order.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 874 (S.B. 2155), Sec. 37, eff.
