Occupations Code § 802.058","heading":"CONSUMER INTEREST INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The department shall prepare information of consumer interest describing:\n(1) the functions performed by the department under this chapter; and\n(2) the rights of a consumer affected by this chapter.\n(b) The information must describe the procedure by which a consumer complaint is filed with and resolved by the department.\n(c) The department shall make the information available to the public.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1284 (H.B. 1451), Sec. 2, eff.
