Occupations Code § 802.102","heading":"APPLICATION.","body":"An applicant for a license under this chapter must:\n(1) submit to the department a completed application on a form prescribed by the department;\n(2) submit to the department the information regarding the applicant's facilities and operations requested by the department;\n(3) demonstrate that the applicant has satisfied the requirements of this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter; and\n(4) pay to the department the required fee.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1284 (H.B. 1451), Sec. 2, eff.
