Occupations Code § 802.106","heading":"LICENSE RENEWAL.","body":"(a) A licensed breeder may renew the person's license by:\n(1) submitting a renewal application to the department on the form prescribed by the department;\n(2) complying with any other renewal requirements adopted by the department; and\n(3) paying the required fee.\n(b) A person whose license has expired may not engage in activities that require a license until the license has been renewed.\n(c) The department may not renew the license of a person if the person is in violation of this chapter or any rule adopted under this chapter at the time of renewal.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1284 (H.B. 1451), Sec. 2, eff.
