Occupations Code § 901.154","heading":"FEES.","body":"(a) The board shall set the fee for the issuance of a certificate under this chapter and the fee for the issuance or renewal of a license under this chapter in an amount not to exceed $250.\n(b) The board may increase the fee for the issuance or renewal of a license as necessary to cover the costs of enforcing this chapter.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 36, Sec. 4(1), eff.
