Occupations Code § 901.158","heading":"RULES RESTRICTING COMPETITIVE PRACTICES.","body":"The board in its rules of professional conduct may regulate the competitive practices of a license holder as necessary to ensure that the license holder does not engage in a competitive practice that:\n(1) impairs the independence or quality of a service provided by a license holder;\n(2) impairs or restricts the public's opportunity to obtain professional accounting services of high quality at a reasonable price; or\n(3) unreasonably restricts competition among license holders.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
