Occupations Code § 901.257","heading":"OATH AND CERTIFICATE FEE.","body":"Before the board issues a certificate to a person, the person must:\n(1) take an oath, administered by a board member or by another person authorized to administer oaths, to support:\n(A) the constitution and laws of this state and the United States; and\n(B) the board's rules; and\n(2) pay a fee for the certificate in an amount set by board rule not to exceed $50.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
