Occupations Code § 901.307","heading":"GRADING EXAMINATION.","body":"(a) The board by rule shall:\n(1) adopt a method for grading the examination; and\n(2) establish the criteria for passing the examination.\n(b) Rules adopted under this section must, to the extent possible, be uniform with those of other states.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
