Occupations Code § 901.508","heading":"RIGHT TO HEARING.","body":"(a) If the board proposes to take disciplinary action against a person under this subchapter, the person is entitled to a hearing before the board or a hearings officer appointed by the board.\n(b) The board shall establish procedures by which a decision to take disciplinary action under this subchapter is made by or is appealable to the board.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
