Occupations Code § 901.555","heading":"HEARING.","body":"(a) If the person requests a hearing, the board shall conduct a hearing in the manner provided for a contested case hearing under Chapter 2001, Government Code.\n(b) If the board determines after a hearing that the person committed the alleged violation, the board shall:\n(1) provide written notice to the person of the findings established by the hearing and the amount of the administrative penalty imposed; and\n(2) enter an order requiring the person to pay any penalty.\nActs 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
