Occupations Code § 901.6011","heading":"INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.","body":"(a) The attorney general at the request of the board may petition a district court for an injunction to prohibit a person who is violating this chapter from continuing the violation.\n(b) Venue in a suit for injunctive relief is in Travis County.\n(c) After application and a finding that a person is violating this chapter, the district court shall grant the injunctive relief the facts warrant.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 181 (H.B. 1520), Sec. 19, eff.
