Occupations Code § 901.6015","heading":"RESTITUTION.","body":"(a) The board may order a license holder to pay restitution under Section 901.501(a)(10) to a person harmed by the license holder's:\n(1) violation of this chapter; and\n(2) failure to fulfill the terms of a contract with the person.\n(b) The amount of restitution ordered under this section may not exceed the actual amount paid by the person to the license holder under the contract.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 525, Sec. 25, eff.
