Occupations Code § 953.153","heading":"CONTRACTING ATTORNEY REQUIREMENTS.","body":"A contracting attorney must:\n(1) be licensed in the jurisdiction in which the legal services are performed;\n(2) be in good standing with the entity that licenses attorneys in that jurisdiction; and\n(3) maintain professional liability and errors and omissions insurance with minimum annual limits of $100,000 for each occurrence and $300,000 in the aggregate.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1181, Sec. 1, eff.
