Parks and Wildlife Code § 11.041","heading":"TRANSFER OF PROPERTY.","body":"(a) The commission may transfer tangible property, other than money or real estate held for limited purposes, from one division of the department to another division.\n(b) If the property to be transferred was acquired with funds the use of which is limited by law or dedicated in any other manner, and the prospective use of the property is different from the use allowed by law, the department shall transfer from available funds to the fund or account from which the property was acquired the value of the property at the time of the transfer.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
