Parks and Wildlife Code § 11.055","heading":"WILDLIFE ART PRINTS, DECALS, AND STAMPS.","body":"(a) The commission may contract with and pay a person for designing and producing the wildlife art prints, decals, and stamps authorized by this subchapter.\n(b) The commission may authorize an agent, including a nonprofit wildlife conservation organization, to sell the wildlife art prints, decals, and stamps, and shall provide for the widespread availability of those items to the public.\nAdded by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 1751, ch. 340, Sec. 1, eff.
