Parks and Wildlife Code § 11.062","heading":"SOURCES OF ACCOUNT.","body":"(a) The department shall deposit to the credit of the lifetime license endowment account all money received from:\n(1) lifetime hunting, fishing, or combination licenses;\n(2) private contributions, grants, and donations made for purposes of this subchapter;\n(3) interest income from the investment of money collected under this section; and\n(4) any other source provided by law.\n(b) The department may accept private contributions, grants, and donations made to the lifetime license endowment account.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 1, Sec. 21, eff.
