Parks and Wildlife Code § 11.207","heading":"EXPENDITURES; LIMITS.","body":"(a) The department shall direct, by the terms of the contract or grant, how a nonprofit partner may spend any state money it receives.\n(b) A state employee may not directly spend or obligate a nonprofit partner's money.\n(c) A nonprofit partner may not spend state money to:\n(1) lobby or otherwise attempt to influence a member of the legislature; or\n(2) directly or indirectly attempt to influence legislation.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 968, Sec. 27, eff.
