Parks and Wildlife Code § 12.024","heading":"WATER PERMIT RESPONSIBILITIES.","body":"(a) The Texas Department of Water Resources shall furnish to the department a copy of all permit applications to store, take, or divert water.\n(b) The department shall make recommendations to the Texas Department of Water Resources to protect fish and wildlife resources, including permit conditions, mitigation, and schedules of flow or releases.\n(c) The department shall be, on its request, a full party in any hearing on an application for a permit to store, take, or divert water.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 1, Sec. 29, eff.
