Parks and Wildlife Code § 12.404","heading":"CLASS A PARKS AND WILDLIFE CODE MISDEMEANOR.","body":"An individual adjudged guilty of a Class A Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor shall be punished by:\n(1) a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $4,000;\n(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed one year; or\n(3) both such fine and imprisonment.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 3, Sec. 1, eff.
