Parks and Wildlife Code § 12.4061","heading":"PARKS AND WILDLIFE CODE STATE JAIL FELONY.","body":"(a) An individual adjudged guilty of a Parks and Wildlife Code state jail felony shall be punished by confinement in a state jail for a term of not more than two years or less than 180 days.\n(b) In addition to confinement, an individual adjudged guilty of a Parks and Wildlife Code state jail felony may be punished by a fine of not less than $1,500 and not more than $10,000.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 959, Sec. 3, eff.
