Parks and Wildlife Code § 13.0041","heading":"USE OF CERTAIN BOND REVENUE.","body":"The department shall, if practicable, apportion at least fifteen percent of any money received by the department from the proceeds of the sale of bonds issued under Section 50-f, Article III, Texas Constitution, to specific park maintenance or improvement projects for which matching private or local money for the specific state parks and wildlife projects has been made available to the department.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 968, Sec. 33(a), eff.
