Parks and Wildlife Code § 13.006","heading":"LEASE OF LANDS.","body":"(a) The department may lease any land and improvements it holds to a city, county, special district, nonprofit organization, or political subdivision. The leased area may not be referred to as a state facility, and no state funds may be used to operate or maintain a property leased under this section.\n(b) The conditions and duration of the lease agreement are determined by the agreement of the department and the lessee.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
