Parks and Wildlife Code § 13.102","heading":"SCOPE OF REGULATIONS.","body":"The regulations may govern:\n(1) the conservation, preservation, and use of state property whether natural features or constructed facilities;\n(2) the abusive, disruptive, or destructive conduct of persons;\n(3) the activities of park users including camping, swimming, boating, fishing, or other recreational activities;\n(4) the possession of pets or animals;\n(5) the regulation of traffic and parking; and\n(6) conduct which endangers the health or safety of park users or their property.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
