Parks and Wildlife Code § 21.013","heading":"EXECUTION OF BONDS.","body":"(a) The bonds shall be executed on behalf of the department as general obligations of the state as provided in this section.\n(b) The bonds shall be signed by the presiding officer and the director, and the seal of the department shall be impressed on them.\n(c) The bonds shall be signed by the governor and attested by the secretary of state, and the state seal shall be impressed on them.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
