Parks and Wildlife Code § 22.164","heading":"RIGHT TO USE ROADS.","body":"(a) Owners, their family members, and their guests may use the roads of the park without charge for egress from or ingress to the impacted property when traveling between the impacted property and points east of the park.\n(b) Owners, their family members, and their guests may use throughout the year whatever road is maintained by the department for travel by automobiles between the eastern and western points of the park and may enter the park at the points at which they were able to enter the park and its roads prior to November 1, 1968, or other reasonably located points the department may direct by regulation.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
