Parks and Wildlife Code § 31.030","heading":"DUPLICATE CERTIFICATES AND DECALS.","body":"(a) If a certificate of number becomes lost, mutilated, or illegible, the owner of the vessel for which the certificate was issued may obtain a duplicate on application to the department and the payment of a fee of $2 or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more.\n(b) If a registration decal becomes lost, mutilated, or illegible, the owner of the vessel for which the decal was issued may obtain a replacement decal on application to the department and the payment of a fee of $2 or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
