Parks and Wildlife Code § 31.0412","heading":"LICENSING RULES.","body":"The commission may adopt rules regarding licenses issued under Section 31.041, including rules:\n(1) regarding license transfer procedures;\n(2) prescribing application and license agreement forms;\n(3) regarding application and renewal procedures;\n(4) prescribing reporting and recordkeeping requirements for license holders;\n(5) setting fees to be charged for:\n(A) a transferred license; or\n(B) a replacement license;\n(6) prescribing license requirements; and\n(7) establishing license revocation and suspension procedures.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 200, Sec. 8(g), eff.
