Parks and Wildlife Code § 42.024","heading":"EXHIBITING LICENSE.","body":"(a) No person required by the provisions of this chapter to have a hunting license may fail or refuse to show the license to an officer on demand.\n(b) If on or before the trial of any person charged with a violation of this section, the person produces for the court or the prosecuting attorney the proper hunting license issued to the person and valid at the time of the offense, the court having jurisdiction of the suit shall dismiss the charge.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
