Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.042","heading":"LICENSE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) The owner of a hunting lease or the landowner's agent may not receive as a guest for pay or other consideration another person engaged in hunting unless the owner or agent has acquired a hunting lease license from the department.\n(b) The license shall be displayed on the hunting lease.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
