Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.0431","heading":"APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.","body":"(a) The department may require an application for a license and may prescribe the form and content of the application.\n(b) A written agreement containing the name, signature, address, and number of acres for each participating landowner included in a hunting cooperative must be attached to the application for a hunting lease license for a hunting lease that is a hunting cooperative.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 512, Sec. 1, eff.
