Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.0764","heading":"FIELD TRIAL PERMIT; FEE; VALIDITY.","body":"(a) No person, club, or organization may hold a field trial unless that person, club, or organization has in its immediate possession a valid field trial permit issued by the department.\n(b) The fee for a field trial permit is $50 or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more.\n(c) A field trial permit shall be issued in the name of an individual.\n(d) A field trial permit is valid for a period of nine consecutive days.\n(e) A field trial permit is not valid for a tract of land or premises that is not licensed as a private bird hunting area.\nAdded by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 512, Sec. 2, eff.
