Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.107","heading":"REPORTS REQUIRED.","body":"(a) The holder of a permit under this subchapter shall report to the department in the time and manner required by commission proclamation.\n(b) An offense under this section may be prosecuted in the county in which the defendant resides or in the county where the offense took place.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
