Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.109","heading":"REGULATIONS.","body":"(a) The commission may make regulations governing management of wildlife or exotic animals by the use of aircraft under this subchapter.\n(b) A proclamation or regulation of the commission adopted under this subchapter may:\n(1) prescribe forms and procedures for permit applications;\n(2) establish procedures for the management of wildlife or exotic animals by the use of aircraft;\n(3) limit the time and the place for which a permit is valid;\n(4) prohibit acts; and\n(5) require, limit, or prohibit any activity as necessary to implement this subchapter.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
