Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.1515","heading":"RULES.","body":"The commission may adopt rules to implement this subchapter, including rules governing:\n(1) reports that must be submitted to the department by a person who holds a permit issued by the department under this subchapter;\n(2) the reinstatement of a canceled permit and a fee for the reinstatement;\n(3) the possession of wildlife resources taken or held under this subchapter;\n(4) the circumstances required to qualify for a permit;\n(5) the electronic issuance of permits; and\n(6) the means, methods, times, and locations of killing protected wildlife.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 251 (H.B. 1965), Sec. 2, eff.
