May 29, 2009.\n(b) No permittee may dispose of a wildlife carcass killed under the permit or allow the wildlife to be disposed of except as allowed under Section 43.155 of this code.\n(c) No permittee may violate a term or condition of the permit.\n(d) Except as provided by Subsection (e), a person who violates this section commits an offense that is a Class B Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor.\n(e) A person who violates a reporting requirement adopted under this subchapter commits an offense that is a Class C Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
