Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.524","heading":"DISPOSITION OF CONSERVATION PERMIT FEES.","body":"(a) After deducting any collection fee, an agent of the department shall send to the department the net receipts from the sale of conservation permits.\n(b) The department may use the net receipts from the sale of conservation permits for the sole purpose of acquiring, leasing, or developing state lands, paying principal and interest on Texas Park Development Bonds, or operating land or facilities under the department's control.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 883, Sec. 1, eff.
