Parks and Wildlife Code § 43.976","heading":"PROGRAM PARTICIPATION FEE.","body":"(a) The commission by rule may impose a fee for participation in the program. Section 2001.0045, Government Code, does not apply to a rule adopted under this section.\n(b) The commission shall remit a fee collected under Subsection (a) to the comptroller for deposit to the credit of the game, fish, and water safety account.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 426 (S.B. 733), Sec. 2, eff.
