Parks and Wildlife Code § 47.0182","heading":"AQUATIC PRODUCT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) Each container of aquatic products shipped for commercial purposes must have a label attached to the outside listing the following information correctly stated and legibly written:\n(1) the aquatic product transportation invoice number of the shipment of which the container is a part; and\n(2) the kind and weight of aquatic product.\n(b) No person may ship finfish in individual packages that contain more than one species of aquatic life.\n(c) A person possessing a shipment of aquatic products in violation of Subsection (a) or (b) of this section commits an offense.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 723, Sec. 7, eff.
