Parks and Wildlife Code § 47.039","heading":"SEASONS.","body":"(a) The commission may adopt rules setting open and closed seasons for the noncommercial taking of redfish and speckled sea trout.\n(b) No person may catch and retain a redfish or speckled sea trout during a closed season set by the commission under Subsection (a) of this section.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 267, art. 3, Sec. 110, eff.
