Parks and Wildlife Code § 47.084","heading":"PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION; RULES.","body":"(a) The executive director shall establish administrative procedures to carry out the requirements of this subchapter.\n(b) The commission shall adopt any rules necessary for the administration of the program established under this subchapter.\n(c) The commission shall prescribe all gear marking requirements for trotlines and crab traps under this subchapter in accordance with Chapter 66.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 455, Sec. 7, eff.
