Parks and Wildlife Code § 77.044","heading":"ISSUANCE OF BAIT-SHRIMP DEALER'S LICENSE.","body":"(a) The department shall issue a bait-shrimp dealer's license only after it has determined that the applicant for the license is a bona fide bait-shrimp dealer.\n(b) A bait-shrimp dealer's license may not be held by a person who also holds a wholesale fish dealer's license.\nActs 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
