Parks and Wildlife Code § 81.302","heading":"WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT PLAN; COLLECTION OF INFORMATION.","body":"(a) Before the department may approve an application for designation of a wildlife management association area under this subchapter, the applicants must prepare a wildlife management plan according to department guidelines for wildlife management plans.\n(b) The department's guidelines shall require the collection of information on the wildlife that is in a wildlife management association area.\n(c) Activities prescribed in the wildlife management plan must be conducted annually to maintain the designation of a wildlife management association.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 418, Sec. 3, eff.
