Penal Code § 42.05","heading":"DISRUPTING MEETING OR PROCESSION.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if, with intent to prevent or disrupt a lawful meeting, procession, or gathering, whether in person or virtual, the person obstructs or interferes with the meeting, procession, or gathering by:\n(1) physical action;\n(2) verbal utterance; or\n(3) electronic disturbance, including hacking, of any virtual component of the meeting, procession, or gathering.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\nActs 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 883, ch. 399, Sec. 1, eff.
