Property Code § 111.002","heading":"CONSTRUCTION OF SUBTITLE.","body":"This subtitle and the Texas Trust Act, as amended (Articles 7425b-1 through 7425b-48, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), shall be considered one continuous statute, and for the purposes of any statute or of any instrument creating a trust that refers to the Texas Trust Act, this subtitle shall be considered an amendment to the Texas Trust Act.\nAmended by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 3332, ch. 567, art. 2, Sec. 2, eff.
