Property Code § 12.015","heading":"JUDGMENT IN JUSTICE COURT.","body":"(a) On the application of a party interested in land that has been sold under an execution issued by a justice court, the justice of the peace having custody of the execution and the judgment under which it was issued shall make a certified transcript of the judgment, the execution, and the levy and return of the executing officer.\n(b) A certified transcript under this section may be recorded in the same manner as a deed.\nActs 1983, 68th Leg., p. 3495, ch. 576, Sec. 1, eff.
