Property Code § 240.103","heading":"DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST IN TESTAMENTARY TRUST.","body":"In the case of an interest in a testamentary trust:\n(1) a disclaimer must be delivered to the trustee then serving;\n(2) if no trustee is then serving, a disclaimer must be delivered to the personal representative of the decedent's estate; or\n(3) if no trustee or personal representative is then serving, a disclaimer must be filed in the official public records of any county in which the decedent:\n(A) was domiciled on the date of the decedent's death; or\n(B) owned real property.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 562 (H.B. 2428), Sec. 15, eff.
