Property Code § 301.082","heading":"ANSWER.","body":"(a) Not later than the 10th day after the date of receipt of the notice and copy of the complaint under Section 301.081(f)(3), a respondent may file an answer to the complaint.\n(b) An answer must be:\n(1) in writing;\n(2) under oath; and\n(3) in the form prescribed by the commission.\n(c) An answer may be amended at any time.\n(d) An answer does not inhibit the investigation of a complaint.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 40, eff.
