Property Code § 301.091","heading":"DISMISSAL.","body":"(a) If the commission determines that no reasonable cause exists to believe that a discriminatory housing practice that is the subject of a complaint has occurred or is about to occur, the commission shall promptly dismiss the complaint.\n(b) The commission shall make public disclosure of each dismissal.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 40, eff.
