Property Code § 301.114","heading":"LICENSED OR REGULATED BUSINESS.","body":"If the commission issues an order with respect to a discriminatory housing practice that occurs in the course of a business subject to a licensing or regulation by a governmental agency, the commission shall, not later than the 30th day after the date the order is issued:\n(1) send copies of the findings and the order to the governmental agency; and\n(2) recommend to the governmental agency appropriate disciplinary action.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 40, eff.
